About Zak
I have graduated with an MEng degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Glasgow and therefore have had plenty of experience with advanced levels of Mathematics and Physics.
I have been a maths tutor for the past few months covering a range of levels from Nat5/GCSE to Advanced Higher/A Level. I have also undertaken tutor training with Montessori so have excellent knowledge on how to create student-specific lesson plans and activities.

I adjust my online teaching style to the need of each individual student using a variety of material suitable for students of all ages.
I will focus on teaching to engage students with Mathematics and to develop their skills and enjoyment of the subject. Applying the material covered to real-world applications helps keeps students engaged and interested in the subject as they will be able to see its relevance in their day to day lives.
A variety of assessments will be used to help gauge progress and identify further areas of refinement. Many teaching tools will be used such as Powerpoints, written examples, videos etc.
