I am a graduate with a B.S. in Mathematics who has experience student teaching and tutoring. I have a passion for math and love helping students grow in their understanding of the subject. My strengths as a tutor include my patience, positivity, flexibility, and ability to explain in multiple ways. I am currently completing my credential program and am looking to tutor any level of math through Pre-Calculus.

I walk students through the problems they struggle with step-by-step, explaining the concepts and problem-solving strategies. As the students try similar problems on their own, I check their work to help them correct mistakes and encourage them to keep trying. My primary experience is with middle school and high school students, and I tutor through Pre-Calculus. From my years of tutoring and student teaching, I am equipped to work with all types of learners to support their success in math.
