About Anna

Last year I finished my degree in Biology in Girona and moved to Lleida. I have always been interested in the world of education (in addition to my passion for animals) since for a long time I have been a revision teacher during the summer, in addition to working in an academic teaching class to Primary students Up to Baccalaureate (especially scientific) of all kinds of subjects: mathematics, Catalan, Spanish, biology, physics, chemistry and teaching after-school English classes to children from 5 to 8 years old, but with the possibility of teaching up to level B2 (First Certificate ).

About the lesson

My method is usually very adaptable to the student. Normally, with children (usually the youngest ones) who need help with homework, we review the agenda and then try to make the most of the time we have. If we have time to spare, we can do other homework or even do some more fun activity (painting, remembering ...), so that the classes are not so monotonous. In the case of older students, who are already more clear about what they want to improve, specific doubts and even specific subjects, we re-explain as many times as necessary what has not been understood in class, we review what we have learned and do the related tasks or even expand, to be ahead of the class. In English classes, for children my classes are based on cards with basic vocabulary and grammar (I always take advantage of the holidays such as Valentine's Day, Peace Day, Saint Patrick) followed by a fun activity such as some cut-out, painting or completing Some song reviewing what we have learned and finally we always end up with a game of any kind and a song that they like. In the case of adults, the classes can be personalized to the maximum, being different if you want to take an exam, review for class ... If you have any more questions, do not hesitate to ask!
