People want to learn stuff that aloud them to communicate and when you make the class fun people retain what they have learn I first see what style of learning my student have ( visual writer. Etc) once I identify thatI prepare a class where the things that are learned they can use in their regular lifes so they can retain them easily because it is tailor to their way of learning
