I have been a waitress most of my teen years. I love kids and I've always had fun and innovative ways of tutoring that's meant to help not hurt them. Every kid is different so I work with them not just exactly to the book.

I love to give rewards. I think it's the best part is getting to feel good about learning because these kids are the future. I do practice quizzes and hand make study guides. I use colors and music as a way of remembering. I also try and learn why the kids aren't quite grasping the subject. Sometimes it's the teachers not teaching them in a way that can be broken down in smaller sects.
