Hi everyone,
My name is Jethro. I’m someone who takes commitment and growth seriously.
I’ve spent years working in leadership, coaching, and community development. That means I don’t just show up—I prepare, I stay consistent, and I follow through. When I say I’ll do something, I make sure it gets done.
In this space, you can expect structure, respect, and clear communication. I believe progress comes from discipline, not shortcuts. So I’ll challenge you, but I’ll also support you.
I also understand that everyone is starting at a different level. My role is to help you improve from where you are, not compare you to someone else.
