About Riya

I am an IITian, graduated from IIT(ISM) Dhanbad and currently working as a Software Engineer. I have been a Silver Medalist in the Science Olympiad in the past as well as in the Interhouse Volleyball Championship during my college. I am a designer by passion as well, worked using Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Canva to design posters and Website Designs as well as Logo Designing for The newsletter Clubs of my College. I have been an active member of the student-run NGO of my college, and designed as well as developed the website using Web Development technology. I have helped several people by organizing Blood Donation Camps and donating the same to blood banks in my area. My main motive to teach is not to earn money but to provide for the children who are willing to learn my share of knowledge and what I have experienced so far as an IITian and also as a human to contribute to the less privileged. Whatever I earn on this platform, I share a proportion of that to fund my NGO. It makes me happy that my skills would be of some help to somebody.

About the lesson

My teaching is primarily based on proper concept building as well as a proper approach applied to reach a particular solution. Students should not merely rote memorize theories but rather understand concepts and theories based on real-life applications. Last but not least, I believe that practice is the most important part of any work which definitely includes education as well.

Having prior worked as a teacher in Fast forward India of IIT Dhanbad , she is well known of the needs of student - when to stop and when to slow down a bit to let the students understand . I think she can make students comfortable with studies here as well with the level of understanding she has. Also , she Clears the doubts very convincingly which is essential in subject like maths .
