About Fiona
I’ve taken many math course in college as well as been a tutor before. I’ve had a very good success rate while a tutor. My college had a success rate of 35% in all maths across the board. I created a team of students that I thought would be interested in teaching and tutoring other students that were falling behind in math. Before the college was shut down we had a success rate of 80% and had the local schools contacting us about our tutoring program. We were unable to get the numbers from them about their success rates.

I’ve found that not everyone feels the same about mathematics. Math is hard at times and I’ve found multiple different ways to encourage students to tolerate math as well as learn it in a way they will understand. I do know that sometimes having someone closer in age to the students helps them learn more.
