About Chad
When you look good, you feel good, and the world becomes your playground. Life should be enjoyable, and the better we can move, the more we can do. I have always enjoyed being outside and creating more opportunities for a happy, healthy lifestyle. The best part about exercising is that there are numerous imaginative ways to do it without getting bored. One of my strengths is being innovative and finding the perfect recipe for each student.

Exercising does not have to be a chore; instead, it can become something we look forward to doing daily. A healthy heart can open so many other possibilities in your life. If it's not fun, then why would anybody want to do it again? Let us be creative and make our time the most exciting part of the day. I have worked with people of all ages and have a wide range of experience working with individuals of different body types. It doesn't matter if you're not athletic; what matters is finding what works for you. We all have the capability of transforming into the best version of ourselves we can be, so let's work together to get there.
