About Manik
I am a biochemistry and biotechnology graduate with a strong interest in molecular medicine and cancer research. I want to teach because I believe knowledge becomes more powerful when it is shared. Teaching allows me to guide students through complex concepts, inspire curiosity, and help them build confidence in science, just as my mentors supported me during my own academic journey.

Studying Biochemistry and Biotechnology at North South University taught me strong foundations in molecular biology, biochemistry, lab techniques, and research thinking, especially through cancer-related research work. Now at UEA, I’m learning to apply this knowledge more critically, connect molecular mechanisms to human disease, analyse data deeply, and develop independent scientific thinking for translational and clinical research.
