Our first lesson is an assessment lesson and it is free. I'm looking at what you can do with a short test and I'm preparing your exercise programme. I'm evaluating a brief health history. The programme changes according to your health status. Remember, the programme will be completely personal to you. We will conduct the lessons online. Here are the apps I use -Zoom -Skype -Facetime Let's set the days to start and go on a journey together.
