About Michael
I knew from a young age that I wanted to teach others, and that's exactly what I went to school for. I worked hard during college and earned my degree in early childhood and special education while consistently making the Dean's list, Provost list, or President's list. I like to begin teaching or tutoring by getting to know you better and after a few lessons, I will pinpoint the way that you learn best and alter my lessons to fit your needs! Teaching is all about the students and finding out what suits them best to make them succeed. In the end, I want you to walk away succeeding and owning the knowledge you have learned from our time together!

My lessons and teaching style are a safe place! If you do not understand something, we will take the time to go over it again and make sure you lock it in your brain. We will go over the material, practice together, practice yourself with help from me when you need it, and then complete some type of activity to have a little fun with the material! My tutoring and lessons would primarily be for students in grade 5 and below. I can tutor in subjects such as English, vocabulary, math, science, social studies, and potentially more as your needs see fit!
