Cory is currently a TA for my General Chemistry 2 course, and I've had the pleasure to sit through a number of review/learning sessions with him. His teaching style is a healthy mix of explanation around challenging concepts and interactive conversation with the class to ensure things are clicking. His concise but clear style of teaching has lead to quite a few "Aha!" moments for me that I really appreciate. Cory instills confidence in the people he helps and tutors. It’s admiring because he makes sure everyone has a voice and understands the material so we all can progress in class and better ourselves. In Gen chem 2 he really understands the work and helps us on it.

Cory is an amazing tutor, and I highly recommend him as an tutor. He's currently my Recitation TA for Chem 10401 at CCNY, and he makes every chapter and topic very easy to understand. During these recitation classes he go over worksheet problems and break it down into simple steps, and makes sure everyone understands the material before moving on. I think when looking for a tutor for chemistry, Cory is a top candidate for sure.

Cory has been my TA in second semester of general chemistry class. His knowledge of the material is strong, and he provides engaging and challenging lessons. This is a cliche, but: he really does go the extra mile to make sure we all understand the material and are prepared for exams.

Cory is an extremely bright and knowledgeable Teaching Assistant for my General Chemistry II course.
