My teaching techniques are by breaking down each equation or problem and helping someone create their own unique way of a step by step strategy when approaching a question.
Typical lesson plan will be to solve any questions first brought up by the student, then follow up with many different examples of said problem (unit area) . To test out different strategies that could be more efficient moving forward.
