About Alex
Alex Millward is an Australian contemporary and jazz piano player, arranger, and session musician. He is currently studying his Bachelor of Music at the Tasmanian Conservatorium of Music and is planning to complete his Master’s in Teaching afterwards.
Alex began as a classical piano player at the age of 7 under Launceston based piano teacher, Samuel Braune. Alex found his love for Jazz during his time studying at Launceston College and has since developed his craft playing at small local venues to large jazz festivals all over the state.
