About Shen
Learning Maths and Physics can be incredibly difficult and frustrating sometimes, despite this, some students may find these subjects interesting or stepping stones to a good university.
Throughout university, I have developed an interest in teaching other students, as seeing them achieve good grades or develop new skills grants me a sense of self-accomplishment.
I wish to do the same for high school students who might be struggling or wish to improve further in the field of Maths and Physics. Perhaps, during the time studying together, the student may develop more interest in these subjects, instead of just learning them for the sake of school.

My prefered teaching methodology consists of:
•Engaging with the students, allowing them to learn to enjoy the subjects.
•Enhance the fundamental basics, allowing the student to develop a strong foundation and clear logic in the field of their studies.
The typical length of a lesson would be around 1 hour.
Experiences: tutoring first and second-year students at the University of Glasgow in mechanical Engineering related courses.
Currently, planning to offer lessons to students who are studying SQA National 5 and Higher Maths and Physics.
