About Abigail

Music has always been my passion and my goal is to inspire the next generation of musicians the same way I was inspired. If you are all in to learn, then I am all in to teach. I have been a classical vocalist for over 10 years and I have been a musician my entire life. If you are looking to start as a child, wonderful! That was when I started; As a teenager, fantastic! I was still refining my musicianship; As an adult, amazing! I will be able to teach with the same techniques I am still being taught today! All you need is the desire to learn and understand music and I will do my best to get you there!

Making sure that students not only understand music but enjoy learning music is my priority. If you seek academic music tutoring, then there will be a more strict syllabus towards the subject. If voice lessons are what you seek, then the syllabus changes and is catered to each individual student. My lesson plan always begins with recapping and testing the student on what we worked on before and then building musical knowledge on that foundation. As a tutor, I look for potential and interest. If the student is enthusiastic to get better, then I will meet that energy tenfold. The lessons are for anyone who is interested in getting into music theory or lessons (lessons are exclusively for voice). My lessons cover musical theater and classical voice. I am looking to teach anyone who is in primary school up to undergraduate students.
