About Rebecca
I have been a preceptor for new nurses as well as nursing students. I have been a charge nurse and have served on many different committees. I have helped establish new protocols for the units I've been on and help to improve practices where necessary. They always say that nurses eat their young, but I hope to prove that statement wrong.
