About Emile

Graduated from the UPOP Brussels school in Music Assistant, Sound Assistant, Sound Technician and Sound Engineer, I was able to acquire enough knowledge to work with different artists as a co-arranger but above all as a sound mix engineer; the mixing stage is essential in musical production, it allows to unveil the potential of the piece in the open, in particular by applying certain effects, by gluing the tracks with a certain logic but also with a creative idea.

The goal of my course is explore the software you have at your disposal (Ableton, Logic Pro, Pro tools, which I all three were able to use during my years of study as well as in my personal projects) to allow you to understand how you can easily manage to record and mix your compositions.

About the lesson

The goal here is that you practice, use your basic ideas and explore the software used in a fun way so that at the end of the course, you will have understood the different maneuvers performed and have a basic song on which you could continue to work.

I can also go further in the explanation of the logic to be used as well at the harmonic and musical level as technical (related to the operation of your software or to the physics of the sound),
or advise you so you can get the most out of the material you already have.
Today, it is possible to do wonders with nothing !; no need for high quality and expensive material as in the past to obtain pieces worthy of the greatest!
