About Laura

Hi! I'm Laura, and my mission is to help you learn and love languages!

I have a degree in Foreign Languages and Cultures, and I am currently studying Italian as a second language to further deepen my knowledge of language teaching techniques. I chose to dedicate myself to teaching because I believe that learning a new language is much more than just an academic exercise—it’s a gateway to new opportunities, experiences, and cultures.

My goal is to guide you on this journey with a personalized, dynamic, and engaging approach. Every student has their own pace and learning style, which is why my lessons are tailored to your specific needs—whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills.

With me, you'll not only learn grammar rules and vocabulary but also how to communicate confidently and naturally through practical conversations, authentic materials, and effective teaching techniques. Whether you want to improve your English for study, work, or simply for the love of languages, I would be delighted to accompany you on this journey!

My Teaching Approach

My teaching approach is based on a communicative and personalized method, tailored to each student’s needs. My lessons focus not only on developing grammatical knowledge but also on building the confidence to communicate effectively in real-life situations.

How Does a Lesson Work?
Each lesson is structured into three main phases:

Introduction & Language Warm-up – A brief review of previously learned concepts and interactive activities to activate conversation.

Lesson Development – Focus on grammar, vocabulary, reading and listening comprehension, and language production through practical exercises, role-plays, and authentic materials.

Conclusion & Review – A recap of the topics covered, personalized feedback, and assignment of targeted exercises (if needed).

Diverse & Engaging Materials – I use books, articles, videos, podcasts, and interactive activities to make learning dynamic and enjoyable.
