As your Tagalog tutor, I’m committed to creating a professional, respectful, and comfortable learning environment where you can learn at your own pace. My goal is not simply to teach you words and grammar, but to help you understand how Tagalog is naturally spoken and used in everyday Filipino life.
You never have to be afraid of making mistakes. Mistakes are a normal and important part of learning a language. I will guide you patiently, correct you respectfully, and explain things clearly so you understand not only what to say, but why and when to say it.
I take every lesson seriously and will do my best to make our sessions organized, engaging, and tailored to your learning goals.
You are investing your time and effort into learning Tagalog, and I want you to feel that your investment is worthwhile.
You don't need to be confident before you start. Let me help you build that confidence, one word, one conversation, and one lesson at a time.

About the lesson

To My Future Students:
I want you to learn Tagalog not because you simply need another language, but because language is a bridge to people, culture, history, and connection.
At first, Tagalog may seem difficult—new words, unfamiliar sentence structures, and expressions that don't always make sense right away. But I promise you, every word you learn will bring you one step closer to understanding Filipino people and the beauty behind the language.
You don't have to be perfect. You just have to be willing to try, make mistakes, laugh at those mistakes, and keep learning.
One day, you'll be able to understand a Filipino conversation, order food confidently, make a new friend, appreciate Filipino music and movies, or simply say something in Tagalog and see someone's face light up because you made the effort.
