About Adiba
I am Adiba Tarade, a BBA graduate who wants to share and spread the knowledge pf Yoga to as many people as i can because the art of practicing yoga helps in controlling an individual's mind, body and soul. The idea is to make people aware that effortless yoga asanas can help transform their lives, especially during a hectic working day. Yoga at work helps keep the inner self calm and also aids in achieving the perfect balance between the mind and the body to achieve maximum productivity at work," Gandhi said.
