About Sophie
Hi! My name is Sophie Reid. I am a second-year student at the University of Warwick doing a Bsc in Economics and Politics. I am 20 years old, and passed the IB with 44 points in 2021. I have tutored with Lanterna for over a year and helped at afterschool homework clubs regularly for years before that. I love teaching informally, especially to IB students, because I feel like a down-to-earth older cousin here to help you will all that work!

Lessons generally last an hour as we work through Kognity and past paper questions together. Initally, we will solve problems together. Ideally, by the end of the lesson, you will solve them by yourself! Working at your pace and improving your understanding and confidence is always my priority. Homework is optional.
