About Niharika

My journey as an educator began over eight years ago in India, where I first discovered how rewarding it is to guide students through subjects that shape the way they think about the world. Teaching Maths and History has allowed me to work with learners of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities, and those early years in the classroom taught me the value of patience, clarity, and genuine connection. After moving into more formal classroom roles and now transitioning to online tutoring, my motivation remains the same: I want to help students feel capable, confident, and curious. I believe that every learner deserves explanations that make sense to them, space to ask questions, and support that adapts to their needs. Teaching gives me the opportunity to contribute to a student’s growth in a meaningful way, and it is this sense of purpose—and the joy of seeing students progress—that continues to inspire my work every day.
