All students are very different and often the hardest part is figuring out how you best learn and what you don't know. I typically first assess where a student is and what their needs are. After which I typically come up with a plan that works best for the student, available resources, and all other parties involved. I take a medical approach by diagnosing the problem and providing a efficient and effective solution to the problem directly. I am fairly available and can be very flexible depending on tests/assignments.
