Hello! My name is Carter Rilliet, and Im here to not only help you with the standard class curriculum. Im here to help you learn skills and techniques that you can use to be successful futher on down the road. Im a strong believer in asking for help when you need it. Sometimes in school, we need an extra push, and thats ok! My mission is to teach in a way that works best for the srudent. Whether that means having a written example of something or a more hands on approach. Everyone has a unique perspective and we all learn things in a different way, lets find something that works best for you!

The way I teach is through finding out what works best for YOU. Whether its learning through written examples or working through problems with a more hands on approach, learning is different for everyone, and Im here to figure out what techniques work best when navigating difficult subjects. The great thing about tutoring with a flexible teacher is the lessons can be as long or as short as you need and that is exactly how I roll. The typicalsession would look something like this: First we asses the areas of the subject(s) that need the most work and go from there. We can work on work from a class or just practice a specific section that you need some help with. The final thing at the end of a session would be a review on what was learner and any questions that need to be answered.
Note: I am currently taking on students levels K-6th grade and students in Pre-Algebra/Algebra 1 classes.
