Methodology

I would like to teach people who want to learn how to cook or love cooking some awesome tricks. Easy, hearty meal recipes that anyone can create and enjoy. Why not treat yourself and your beloved ones with your creations?

Background

I have been a chef for about 10 years now. I've worked in several places, training myself constantly. It's my first attempt to teach people how to cook but hey! Ask my friends, they've learnt a lot from me :)

Working as a kitchen manager for a small kitchen dealing with preparing food for home & office deliveries only
(part of Salford Deliveroo Editions). Managing a small team of 2 more chefs, dealing with 4 different virtual
brands, stocktaking , suppliers and food and kitchen hygiene standars. As for the Didsbury restaurant, my role as
a supervisor was to follow the instructions of the Head Chef and create dishes to the company standars.

Working as a Kitchen Supervisor / Preparation Chef for a busy environment, running the
