About Andrew
As a high school science teacher and academic interventionist, I have a deep understanding of high school curriculum, common core math standards, and Next Generation Science Standards. As your tutor, my focus will be on building deeper understanding of content through proven study methods, and building executive functioning skills that help you stay on top of your schedule.

I have a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst, and several years of field experience conducting scientific research focused on aquatic ecosystems. I have been tutoring in science and math since 2018, and I am now a certified science teacher in Vermont, offering tutoring services in science, math, and building executive functioning skills to improve organization and time management. I have spent most of my teaching career working with neurodivergent students, and specialize in supporting students in building effective study skills and work habits that enable them to thrive in their academic pursuits as well as their personal lives.
