About Gianmaria
Hi! My name is Gianmaria, and I’ve had the privilege of working on projects you’ve probably seen and loved. As mentioned earlier, I was responsible for creating Sid and Manny’s fur in the latest Ice Age movie. I’ve also worked on Disney+ series for Disney, Paw Patrol: The Mighty Movie, Netflix’s Thelma The Unicorn, video game cinematics, and many other productions.
My career has taken me from Italy, where I started at Rainbow CGI, to Canada with Mikros Animation, where I worked on the film that earned me my first film credit, all the way to collaborating remotely with companies across Europe. Each experience has taught me something new, and now I want to share that knowledge with anyone looking to break into this field or refine their skills.
I’ve always been fascinated by the idea of teaching because I believe in the power of sharing knowledge. Helping others grow inspires me and drives me to keep improving. I aim to offer you not just technical skills but also the confidence to tackle new creative challenges with enthusiasm.

My 3D Grooming lessons focus on a blend of solid theory and targeted practice, utilizing two of the industry's leading software: XGen and Yeti. This approach provides students with comprehensive and versatile training.
