About Felicity

I am passionate about teaching Pilates. I am also passionate about fitness and specialised sports such as Muay Thai (Thai boxing) which I am currently practising. I want to help people move in a way that eases their pain, strengthens their body (to avoid future pain), enhances their ability to play certain sports or just move better in their daily life.

About the lesson

I offer online Pilates matwork group sessions for £10 per person for 60 minutes. I would prefer a minimum of 3-4 participants to join. This method brings your body back to neutral, focusing on bone alignment and posture, enabling the body to move more efficiently. Pilates prepares your body for movements such as sit to stand, walk, run, lift, dance.... and sports such as tennis, golfing, football...

Felicity has taught me pilates once a week for the last few months and has a lovely, calm and gentle manner. She explains the movements clearly to include which area of the body will be worked by that movement. The sessions are enjoyable and I am seeing improvements all the time. In a busy week, it's great to have something "grounding" which also helps fitness !

I have been Feli's test student for a while, She is very good at instruction, clarifying positions and movements, this has led me to realise that I had indeed not been doing the exercises correctly, having learnt from other pilates classes. She has also tailored our choice of exercises dependent on my needs and health concerns.
