About Tathagat
I am a certified yoga instructor and I am actively pursuing the fields of health and wellness for the past 22+ years. I have studied many fields in fitness such as strength training, Calisthenics, Functional Training, Aerobic and An-aerobic wellness, Postural wellness and Yoga. Furthermore, as I love to travel and writing, I also own a blog which is based upon spirituality and philosophy naming (concealed information) Note: I have a personal record of 3 women losing 3 inches in 5 days [over the stomach region] without going through any dietary changes. I mentioned this because many people usually worry too much about their appearance which eventually works as an obstacle.

Well, I have conceived the idea of merging an aggressive field of functional training with a rather passive field of Yoga to attain the desired results of the student. This also enables me to reach out to a wide variety of goals in a rather easier manner. However, what truly distinguishes this training, are the studies of spirituality and meditation, which comes along with it. Hence, I invite you to join this class to regain and re-live the gone days of youth.
