About Ilona
Strumming patterns, scales and modes, tuning and maintenance, reading tabs, songwriting, and power chords form the core of what you will explore here. Since you deserve a clear path, I ground our work in my BMus Music Performance degree from New England Conservatory. After 3 years of teaching, I keep sessions musical so progress is something you can hear. I hope to help you find your voice on the fretboard soon.

Starting with a simple melody often reveals more about your playing than a complex solo. I provide custom backing tracks so students can practise soloing at home, which makes the 8.0 out of 10 effort feel like play. Having performed for years, I focus on the basics that actually matter for your sound. It is always a pleasure to hear you improve.
