About Chase
"Acoustic sets in small venues defined my 13 years of performing. My foundation rests on a Diploma in Music Performance from Musicians Institute Hollywood. Dealing with open mic regulars who wanted to know how I played led me into teaching. I work closely with kids, advanced learners, and working professionals.
My approach covers ear training, music theory, and proper tuning. I also teach power chords, blues progressions, and fingerpicking.
Electric technique and lead guitar are also part of my focus. Improvisation and grade exam prep are standard here too. I find that music is best shared over a cold drink."

"How does your first session sound when we break down your favorite protest songs? We start by looking at your current setup to see what needs adjusting. The goal is to get your hands moving comfortably on the fretboard.
Music theory and ear training play a big part in our time together. We will sharpen your lead guitar skills and work on those tricky blues progressions.
My degree helps us navigate the mechanics of your instrument efficiently. You will gain a solid grasp of maintenance and electric technique. We can also handle grade exam prep if that is your aim. Do you have a specific song that keeps you up at night?"
