About Aaliyah
"Teaching guitar helps me share the rhythms of Santiago that shaped my life. Standing on stages in Australia for 13 years while playing Latin guitar and singing in Spanish remains the most vivid part of my career.
I hold a Diploma of Music from JMC Academy and carry the tradition of my home into every room I enter. My 6 years of experience have allowed me to guide countless learners through the complexities of music theory and electric technique. I have taught over 300 students to find their voice.
These sessions bridge the gap between technical skill and genuine expression. Barre chords and blues progressions feel much simpler when you understand their origins. Songwriting is the ultimate goal for many who come to see me.
Improvisation and soloing become natural extensions of your personality. I am ready to help you play."
