About Drucilla
Playing stages across Nashville and Austin for 13 years means I understand the grind of the industry. It is a long road when you are self-taught, but that path forced me to get sharp at power chords, improvisation, and soloing. I handle everything from fingerpicking to tuning and maintenance to ensure you are stage-ready.
Dealing with chord transitions and barre chords is just part of the job description for me. I really enjoy working with people who want to understand the mechanics of rhythm guitar and ear training. Having spent a decade gigging, I prioritize the sound that works in a room. I hope to help you find your own voice on the instrument.

Think of the scratch of a flatpick against thick strings as the foundation of your sound. I build our time together around the songs you write because that is where the real learning happens.
Since I have 13 years of experience gigging, I know that connecting chords to vocals is the only way to perform. We will spend 9 sessions working through your material while I fix your technique in real-time. I offer a 6.0 free trial session to assess your starting level and see if we click. My approach pulls from my time in Nashville to make sure your playing feels solid.
It is truly rewarding to watch a student find the pocket in a song. You will love how quickly your playing improves when we focus on the groove.
