About Marie
"Teenagers and hobbyists often tell me they want to play music at parties or record an EP. You are likely in the same spot where I started before heading to Belmont University for my degree in Music Industry.
I split my time between gigging in Denver and teaching guitar fundamentals. We will explore tuning and maintenance along with chord transitions that actually sound musical. I also teach fingerpicking and reading tabs to help you feel comfortable on the fretboard.
Blues progressions add a bit of spice to your repertoire. Reading sheet music provides a solid foundation for those aiming for grade exams. Writing original songs is my favorite part of the process. I keep things chill and encouraging so you feel comfortable exploring your own sound."
