About Wright
Audible clarity begins when your fingers first strike the fretboard with intention and fluid grace. We work through scales, modes, and strumming patterns that define the rhythm of the music you want to play. My role involves connecting these technical skills to the cultural narratives I carry from my background.
Students who come to me receive a monthly recorded review of progress to track their development over time. Everything is grounded in the formal music theory I gained at the Queensland Conservatorium. This specific feedback loop ensures that your growth remains consistent throughout our journey together. You will leave the guitar sounding better than you arrived.

Having spent 13 years refining my craft across diverse musical landscapes, I find myself deeply embedded in the sounds of bolero, flamenco, and chacarera. My formal education includes a Bachelor of Music in Popular Music from the Queensland Conservatorium and additional studies in Argentina. These traditions form the backbone of how I teach electric technique, chord transitions, and complex soloing. Kids, working professionals, and performance-focused students often find common ground in my studio.
