About Cynthia
Playing stages in Nashville and Austin for 12 years taught me that music is a conversation. I prefer working with self-taught players who feel stuck in their progress. Adults often struggle to organize their practice time effectively. These sessions focus on bridging the gap between playing chords and making music.
I have mentored many intermediate learners over the years. My goal is to help you feel confident picking up your instrument at any social gathering. You deserve to play songs that actually sound like the records you love. Let us get your playing to where you want it to be.

Progress happens when you stop viewing theory as a chore and start using it for songs. 12 years of gigging has shown me that chord transitions are the real secret to flow. We analyze your favorite tracks to build your ear training and scale knowledge.
I provide direct feedback on your rhythm as we play together in real time. Expect a casual atmosphere where we treat the guitar as a tool for storytelling. I am happy to help you prepare for your first EP or just a fun night out.
