About Gemma
With 11 years of teaching experience and a Master of Music in Guitar Performance, I have committed my career to guiding students toward disciplined and inspired musicianship. My academic studies provided extensive training in solo repertoire, ensemble collaboration, advanced harmony, and performance psychology. These experiences shaped my belief that technical mastery must support artistic authenticity.
I believe effective instruction requires adaptability and patient guidance. Every student approaches music differently, and I take time to understand their goals, strengths, and challenges. I incorporate guided improvisation sessions to build spontaneity while maintaining structural awareness. Performance preparation is treated as an essential skill. We simulate stage conditions, refine expressive nuance, and practice audience engagement techniques.
