About Joy
I have 12 years of teaching experience and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Music Performance. Music has always been a significant part of my life, and I enjoy helping students experience the satisfaction that comes from learning an instrument. Teaching allows me to share that passion with learners from many different backgrounds.
My teaching philosophy focuses on building strong fundamentals while encouraging creativity and personal expression. I help students understand musical concepts clearly and apply them with confidence. Every learner receives support that reflects their individual strengths and goals.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of teaching is seeing students grow into confident musicians. I enjoy helping learners overcome challenges and achieve milestones that once seemed difficult. My aim is to create lessons that inspire lasting musical growth and enjoyment.

My guitar lessons focus on helping students become confident musicians through a combination of technique, creativity, and practical application. We cover rhythm playing, chord mastery, fingerstyle techniques, lead guitar skills, ear training, improvisation, and musical expression through structured learning activities. Every lesson is designed to encourage steady progress.
I use song analysis, technical drills, listening exercises, and guided practice sessions to help students strengthen their skills. Learners develop better coordination, timing, and musical understanding while building confidence in their playing. Lessons remain engaging and goal-oriented throughout the learning process.
Whether students are beginners or experienced players, lessons are tailored to their interests and objectives. I provide constructive feedback and personalized guidance that supports long-term improvement. My goal is to help learners become capable, expressive, and independent musicians.
