About Randall
Teens and working professionals often think that formal theory ruins the fun of playing guitar. My own path started with cassette tapes and crude tabs before I earned a degree from Berklee College of Music to bridge that gap.
Having navigated 13 years of teaching, I understand the friction points that stop players from getting better. I have guided hundreds of students through the specific hurdles of lead guitar and song structure. It is funny how the most rigid theory often leads to the most creative freedom when applied correctly. I prefer keeping things simple and practical rather than bogged down by unnecessary academic jargon.
My two-camera online setup ensures you see my hands and technique clearly from every angle. It remains a genuine joy to watch someone finally hear the music they have been trying to make for months.
