About Vickie
Teaching provides a way to share the quiet focus found in a dim practice room while the smell of old wood and worn guitar strings fills the air. Drawing on 13 years of professional performance, I offer a steady hand for students navigating barre chords, rhythm guitar, and blues progressions. My time at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood gave me the technical foundation to demystify reading tabs and electric technique for beginners. I help players gain clarity on lead guitar, scales, and modes, while supporting those who want to write their own songs.
