About Noely
I'm a passionate music educator dedicated to helping students build confidence, develop strong musical foundations, and enjoy the learning process. I teach piano, violin, guitar, ukulele, drums, and beginner music theory, tailoring each lesson to the student's goals, experience level, and learning style.
Since beginning my teaching career in 2022, I've had the opportunity to teach in a variety of settings, including at Northwest School of Music and at Linn-Benton Community College. These experiences have allowed me to work with students of different ages and backgrounds while refining an encouraging, student-centered teaching approach.
I believe great music education goes beyond learning notes, it involves understanding how music works. I emphasize technique, musicianship, creativity, and music theory so students can become confident, independent musicians who continue growing long after their lessons.
Whether you're just getting started, returning to music after a break, or looking to strengthen your skills, I'm committed to creating a supportive and engaging environment where you can reach your musical goals. I look forward to being part of your musical journey!

My teaching method is to start with the basics and take slow baby steps. I base my classes on overall beginning music theory, ear training, and posture/technique. I approach each topic with a demonstration and brief description of the history/background from the original source. After doing so we engage in the lesson.
