About Roxie
Ear training, music theory, and reading tabs are the foundations I use to simplify the fretboard. Sometimes I admit that I still find barre chords challenging on certain vintage necks.
I have worked with 128 students over 12 years to demystify electric technique and improvisation. Conversations about music theory often lead to the best breakthroughs in soloing.
My approach balances technical rigor with a relaxed, creative flow that keeps frustration at bay. It is helpful to treat the guitar as an extension of your voice rather than a machine.
