About Colette
I am a guitar tutor with 9 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Classical Guitar. Teaching has allowed me to share my love for music while helping students of different ages discover their own musical abilities and confidence.
My teaching style combines patience, encouragement, and structured learning. I believe every student deserves lessons that match their goals, learning speed, and musical interests, allowing them to improve naturally while enjoying every achievement.
Outside teaching, I enjoy performing, composing music, and exploring different guitar styles from around the world. These experiences help me bring creativity, fresh ideas, and practical knowledge into every lesson.

My guitar lessons are designed to make learning enjoyable while building strong technical skills from the beginning. We work on chords, strumming patterns, fingerstyle, bending, vibrato, rhythm control, tone shaping, and solo phrasing through simple exercises and popular songs. Every lesson is planned to help students grow with confidence and enjoy steady progress.
As students improve, we explore music theory, scales, improvisation, stage confidence, ear training, and expressive playing. I provide personalized guidance, regular practice plans, and constructive feedback that help learners overcome challenges while developing their own musical style. Lessons remain motivating, practical, and suitable for every learning pace.
My goal is to help every student become a confident guitarist who enjoys both practicing and performing. Each lesson strengthens creativity, technique, musical understanding, and self-belief while making the learning journey rewarding and inspiring.
