About Amaris
I hold a Master’s Degree in Instrumental Performance and have taught guitar for 12 years. Music has always been a major part of my life, and the guitar became my preferred way to explore creativity and artistic expression. Teaching allows me to help students discover their own musical strengths and interests.
My lessons focus on creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring new ideas and techniques. I enjoy helping learners build confidence through clear instruction and supportive guidance. Every student receives personalized attention that reflects their unique goals and learning style.
Outside the classroom, I enjoy performing, composing, and studying different musical traditions. These experiences continue to shape my teaching approach and provide fresh inspiration for lessons. Helping students develop both technical skill and artistic confidence remains one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

My guitar lessons focus on helping students develop technical ability while enjoying the creative side of music. We work on fingerstyle patterns, chord progressions, tone shaping, rhythm control, solo phrasing, vibrato techniques, and performance confidence through practical and engaging exercises. I use familiar songs and musical examples to keep learning enjoyable and relevant. Every lesson encourages growth through active participation.
Some students benefit most from encouragement and gradual challenges, while others enjoy exploring deeper technical concepts and expressive playing. I adjust lesson plans to suit individual learning goals and interests. Regular feedback, achievable milestones, and focused practice methods help learners make consistent progress without unnecessary pressure.
As students improve, they gain stronger control, musical awareness, and confidence in their abilities. My goal is to help learners express themselves freely through music while building skills that support long-term growth. Every lesson combines structure, creativity, and encouragement in a balanced way.
