About Jason
I am a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and composer who has been working in the industry for over two decades. I have released over ten solo albums, and I've toured across the U.S. multiple times (I still do). I am a DIY musician who has worked with a number of independent labels, but I've learned to make my own path. I also make music for film and podcasts. My music has been covered on The Needle Drop, in the Museum of Modern Art Magazine, and in British comedian James Acaster's book "Perfect Sound Whatever." I've been teaching for about three years now, and I love it. Private one-on-one lessons with mentors changed my life, so I want to be a positive influence in the life of my students.

First we assess where you're at musically with your knowledge and abilities. Then we see where you want to go, what your goals are, and how best to get there together.
I'm a good listener, and I always want to make sure my students understand before moving on. Encouragement is also a huge part of my practice.
My lessons are for beginners to intermediate level musicians, which can mean hobbyist, full-time artist, or anywhere in between.
