Steve is a guy who I would recommend to anyone interested in learning guitar. I started about a year ago with him and I’d never played before. Now I’m amazed with how far I’ve come. He’s made learning for me easy and fun.

I've known Steve for five years as a friend and have been taking music lessons from him for one year. Steve is a great guitarist but maybe an even better teacher. He has such a passion for music and for people. He is comfortable teaching a neophyte like me or an advanced musician. I didn't feel like I was having those ah-ha moments where you know you made a breakthrough. 6 months of playing with Steve gave me the foundational knowledge I was lacking and helped shrink the fretboard. We met each other when they moved into the house next to mine, and our families hit it off right away, I was looking for a guitar teacher and he just so happened to have years of experience teaching and playing the guitar, and I have been his student ever since. Steve is a wonderful teacher who is very willing to work with you to find what fits right with your schedule, and what you want to learn on the guitar. His style of teaching is very personalized to each and every student, with a emphasis on learning the building blocks of music. He is a good teacher if you are just starting out, a middle of the road student who has already had some prior experience, or a skilled student looking to learn new and interesting things on the guitar. I recommend him because I have been his student for close to 3 years now and I still learn something new every time I have lesson with him.

Steve is a natural born teacher. His enthusiasm for music has always been evident. He has performed in many venues, with Acoustic , classical and electric guitar music. He tailors lessons to students needs, and his students LEAEN. I know this as a former student.
