About Przemyslaw 'Prez'
I am a guitarist with 15 years of experience in the subject. I have graduated from Falmouth University. I first began to take interest in education in 2016 during my second year of studies at Falmouth University, after undertaking ‘skills for music leaders’ module, where I studied different approaches to formal and non-formal music education.
In September 2017, I have taken my ambitions to teach guitar further and fully dedicated my third year of studies to learn about ethics in music education, and began work experience with Cornwall Music Service Trust. I have shadowed 3 guitar teachers as well as 1 violin teacher and learned how to work with children aged between 6-16. I have actively engaged during the lessons, and helped as much as it was possible. I observed their teaching style and studied how to apply it into my own practice, gaining very good references, quotes are available on my website.
In 2019 I launched my teaching practice, and now give regular lessons to people aged between 6 and 80! My specialities are private acoustic and electric guitar, and I run a ukulele club based in Falmouth. Since 2021 I have also given online lessons on Skype and Zoom. I currently work in schools as a guitar teacher with Cornwall music service trust

I specialise in acoustic guitar. I all types of guitar acoustic, electric and classical. During the first lesson I ask students what music they listen to and what they would like to learn. My teaching method is to design lessons that will suit my students requirements and create lesson plans to every student individually.
Additionally I work with Cornwall music service trust teaching guitar in schools in Truro area
