About Annissa
I provide a monthly recorded review of progress for every single student. This system ensures that you see your growth clearly over time.
My approach relies on a BM in Vocal Performance and 11 years of experience. We focus on electric technique, acoustic technique, and essential rhythm work.
You will learn to navigate the fretboard with confidence. Every chord transition and scale shape gets the attention it needs. I simplify complex theory into useful practice habits.

Music has been my constant companion throughout 11 years of teaching. I hold a BM from UBC and focus heavily on neurodivergent-affirming methods. My experience includes working with 344 students ranging from kids to advanced learners.
We tackle electric and acoustic technique along with fingerpicking and songwriting. You might find me teaching lead guitar, improvisation, or blues progressions to those who love theory.
I also guide students through scales, modes, and rhythm guitar work. My background includes helping people who feel stuck in their progress. Learning to read tabs or mastering a complex solo is possible with the right structure. I am happy to chat if you want to explore these skills together.
